Chef Josh's love for jam comes from years of picking strawberries and peaches from his grandparents garden and spending hours processing and canning the fruit.  Growing up in a Mennonite family, living in rural Ohio, most of the produce was grown at home or by local farmers, and it was saved to eat year round. Josh still has a deep love for this process, and our goal is to source the majority of our fruit from local Georgia farms.


The supply of jam depends on what is in season. Georgia-grown fruit includes:

Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, Peaches, Watermelon, Figs, and apples
